Spring Mountain

Our NIGHT reds are grown high above the valley floor, at the peak of Napa Valley’s Spring Mountain. This vineyard region is characterized by dark, rich, black fruits, packed with flavor, tannin, and acidic accents that are known for producing some of Napa’s most notorious wines. Sitting atop the mountain at over 1500 feet, the gorgeous vineyard crests the mountain top with spectacular views of Napa Valley and — on a clear day — the San Francisco Bay. With rich volcanic soils, hot days, and cool nights, the fruit from this vineyard ripens gradually, capturing every bit of Mother Nature’s brilliance.

Carneros

Our NIGHT whites are nurtured in an equally dynamic growing region, known for producing Napa’s best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The vineyard is nestled in the expansive rolling hills of Carneros, where cooler climates and bay breezes gently kiss these more delicate varietals. The NIGHT Vineyard sits atop a sloped, rising knoll that basks in the long sunny days of summer, while cooling quickly in the evening. The result is a Chardonnay that is crisp, sweet, and well-balanced with soft acidity — the perfect pairing wine to satisfy your juiciest cravings.

MOUNT VEEDER

Our NIGHT Cabernet Sauvignon is grown along the rugged eastern slopes of Mount Veeder, one of Napa Valley’s most distinctive mountain regions. Sitting at approximately 800 feet, the vineyard captures the gentle morning sun while avoiding the valley’s most intense afternoon heat. Steep terrain, cool mountain air, and volcanic soils naturally restrict the vines, producing smaller berries with concentrated flavor, firm tannins, and vibrant acidity. The result is a Cabernet Sauvignon with deep dark fruit, savory spice, earthy mineral notes, and a refined mountain character—powerful, complex, and shaped by the dramatic landscape of Mount Veeder.

SAINT HELENA

Our NIGHT Cabernet Franc is grown on the valley floor just off Ehlers Lane, in the heart of St. Helena — one of Napa Valley’s most historic and celebrated appellations. Sitting low on the valley floor, the vineyard benefits from deep, well-drained alluvial soils and the valley’s classic diurnal shift, with warm days giving way to cool, foggy nights. This gentler terrain allows the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly, producing supple tannins, vibrant red fruit, and lifted aromatics. The result is a Cabernet Franc with juicy raspberry and violet character, a whisper of dried herb, and a refined, valley-floor elegance—polished, expressive, and true to the timeless character of St. Helena.
