Black fruits, boysenberry, fresh herbs, dark chocolate and vanilla layer over your pallet with the perfect balance of fruit, oak and disciplined tannins.

After resting 15 months in French oak, it unveils vibrant aromas of crushed raspberry, violets, and a whisper of dried sage. On the palate, juicy red fruit mingles with hints of cocoa and gentle spice, while polished tannins lend a refined structure. 2017 RESERVE MERLOT
This playful Merlot is the kissing cousin of our Cabernet. Grown just feet apart in the adjacent block, this subtle complement is the perfect starter to any meal or to simply enjoy on its own. But she’s no pushover. Also aged in 100% French Oak and cellared for 22 months, this elegant Merlot is iconic for its continuous waves of flavor. Teasing, at first, with a whiff of juicy red fruit, then finishing with dark cherry, plum, hints of Asian spice, and closing with a toasted oak, raw chocolate, and soft, round tannins. This savory wine will be one to enjoy for years to come.

2022 CHARDONNAY
Velvety, effortless collaboration. The NIGHT Chardonnay is a balance between two extremes. It is barrel fermented in French Oak, with both new and neutral barrels. A secondary fermentation (ML) softens the acidity, allowing for ripe, bright fruits to shine through while enhancing the light, buttery notes of vanilla and oatmeal cookie. Packed with a floral nose and flavors of Golden Delicious apple, apricot, and hints of sage, this delicious chardonnay could very well be the nectar of unicorns.
