Oh What A Night

Thank you so much to all of you that attended Opening NIGHT.  For those of you that were not able to join us, here is a short update.  With events in both Bellevue WA and San Francisco, CA, your fellow NIGHT owls were treated to wines and cocktails at the open bar, amazing food, great friends old and new, and of course the release of our inaugural three wines.

The launch included a short presentation about NIGHT and out perspectives on why we founded NIGHT Wines, which is to celebrate the connections and celebrations we all enjoy over a bottle of fine wine.  There truly is something magical about how a bottle of wine opens doors, conversations, and unites us.

Following the announcement and description of each, the wines started to flow.  We kicked it off with the 2014 Chardonnay grown in the south of Napa Valley in Carneros.  Next was the 2013 Reserve Merlot.  Grown on Spring Mountain at almost 1800 feet of elevation, this is a single vineyard wine unblended, and unfiltered.  Nothing but mother nature’s goodness.  And finally, the king!  2013 Cabernet Sauvignon, also grown at the top of Spring Mountain very close to the Merlot block.  But this wine is big, bold, flavorful and blended with just the right amount of Reserve Merlot to make it perfect for food and sipping alike.
